"The power of breath in color and textures"

According to the artist, his path began during a breathwork-regression designed to heal and integrate ancestral trauma.

The journey was guided by a wise and powerful Shaman who took him to the deepest of his subconscious to retrieve aspects of himself that had been long lost and forgotten. In this dark place he encountered an old ancestor, an ancient being from another dimension existing outside of time and space. This shadow figure stayed with him until the end of the shamanic journey and showed him for the fist time the world of the shadows and the subconscious mind, the multidimensional nature of reality and how everything is connected through consciousness. That experience triggered an intense process of energetic realignment and integration that pushed the artist to seclude himself for years.

During this period of solitude and transformation he learned about the power of his own breath and how anyone can use it to release dense emotions from the body and clean the energetic channels to allow the natural and correct flow of creative energy.

The technique involves a blank canvas, breath, full presence with the emotions that come up and pure creative flow. Which he combined with an empirical and rudimentary painting technique that later became his own creative process "SHADOW PAINTING".
